Personal Profile - This page has two tabs, the Overview tab which shows the summary of your ongoing, finished, and scheduled courses. And the Profile tab wherein you can view and edit your profile.

Training - It shows the list of your purchased and assigned courses.

You can search the course using the title or you can do an advanced search to see if the course is an event or e-course.

Shop - All courses available on Vignita’s marketplace can be purchased. You can search and purchase interesting courses that suit you here or the course can be purchased by your employer and assigned to you.

Personal Menu

• Accounting: Here you can add credit cards for payment under payment methods, and check billing history for purchase courses.

• Settings: Here you can change your password and notification settings. If you want to change or leave the company you’re associated with and want to delete your account, you can also do it here.

• Sign Out: For your personal safety, log out of Vignita after use especially if there are multiple users of the computer.

Language - Select your preferred system language.

Company Profile - This page displays your company profile which includes a brief summary of your company, contact number, location, and some of your team members. You can make a quick edit of your company profile by clicking the Profile Settings.

Plus Icon- This allows you to invite students/employees (contacts) and create a group so that it will be easy for you to locate your students or employees. The plus icon also allows you to create e-courses, events, and e-books.

Contacts - This is the list of students/employees within your company. It allows you to check their profile, open and finish courses including its result. You can leave a note for your students and change their access and assign them into a group.

Groups - This shows your group list. It will give you a summary of the member’s progress such as the course's status and result. It also includes the member’s phone number and email address as well as their affiliated company. We recommend using groups if you will book a course or events in bulk. Edit and add people to your group using these buttons on the top right corner of the page.

Training - This shows the list of purchased courses, events, and ebooks for you and your students/employees. You can check here the progress of each student/employee for each course assigned to them.

Shop - Likewise with the shop in the personal toolbar, the shop allows you to purchase courses that suit you and your students/employees.

Company/Expert Menu

• Accounting: Here you can add credit cards for payment under payment methods, and check billing history for purchase courses. Payout methods allow you to nominate on which account would you like Vignita to forward the payment and how often would you like to receive it. You can also view here the invoices issued by Vignita.

• Settings: Here you can edit your company profile like in profile settings. In addition to that, if you want to activate your website, you can do it here.

• Sign Out: For your personal safety, log out of Vignita after use especially if there are multiple users of the computer.
